Sweepstakes Rules

Spinworld Casino

These Sweepstakes Rules explain how sweepstakes play works at Spinworld Casino, who can participate, how Sweeps Coins are earned, and how prizes can be redeemed. They also outline verification requirements, prohibited conduct, and situations that can lead to suspension or disqualification. If anything in a specific promotion conflicts with these rules, the promotion’s terms control for that promotion only.

Spinworld is a sweepstakes-style social casino. Gold Coins are for entertainment play only. Sweeps Coins are used for promotional sweepstakes play and may be eligible for prize redemption, subject to these rules and the platform’s Terms.

Eligibility: Who Can Play

You may participate only if you meet all eligibility requirements below:

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). Spinworld may require proof of age at any time, including before any redemption is processed.

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where Spinworld’s sweepstakes model is offered and lawful at the time you play and at the time you request redemption. Access from restricted locations may be blocked, and any attempt to bypass restrictions can result in account closure and forfeiture of promotional balances.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating and maintaining your account. If your details cannot be verified, participation and redemption may be denied.

Geographic Limitations (United States)

Spinworld Casino is not available in the following U.S. states for sweepstakes participation and associated promotions:

Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Washington, California, West Virginia.

Availability can change due to legal or operational updates. Spinworld may restrict additional locations at any time to remain compliant.

Account Registration Rules: One Player, One Account

To keep sweepstakes participation fair and compliant, Spinworld enforces strict account rules:

Only one account is permitted per person. Multiple accounts tied to the same individual may be closed.

Only one account is permitted per household, device, and IP environment where abuse is suspected. Legitimate shared households may be asked for additional documentation to confirm separate, eligible individuals.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, share, or assign your account, coins, or redemption rights.

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Protect your login credentials and contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

For brand and offer details, see the Spinworld Casino page.

How Participation Works (Gold Coins vs Sweeps Coins)

Spinworld offers two coin types:

Gold Coins are used for social gameplay and entertainment. They are not redeemable for prizes and have no cash value.

Sweeps Coins are promotional sweepstakes entries used for eligible sweepstakes play. Sweeps Coins are the coin type that may qualify for prize redemption, subject to verification and redemption rules.

Sweeps Coins value is 1 Sweeps Coin = $1 for redemption purposes (where redemption is approved and processed).

Spinworld is currently slots-only. Game availability and features can change, but if a game or feature is added, it remains governed by these Sweepstakes Rules unless stated otherwise.

How to Get Sweeps Coins (Including Free Methods of Entry)

Sweeps Coins can be obtained through promotional methods, which may include:

Promotional awards granted by Spinworld, such as sign-up promotions or limited-time offers.

As a bonus component included with optional Gold Coin package purchases (where offered and permitted). Any purchase is for Gold Coins, and Sweeps Coins - when included - are promotional and not a “purchase” of Sweeps Coins.

Free methods of entry (AMOE) where required or offered. Spinworld provides a no-purchase way to participate in sweepstakes promotions where applicable by law. Availability, frequency, and instructions may vary by jurisdiction and are provided within the applicable promotion terms or on request through support.

No purchase is necessary to enter or participate in sweepstakes promotions where required by applicable law. Purchasing Gold Coin packages does not increase your chances of winning beyond the sweepstakes entries and gameplay permitted by the promotional rules.

Welcome Offers and How They’re Credited

Spinworld may offer welcome promotions such as:

A no-purchase sign-up bonus that credits 10,000 Gold Coins after registration (where available and not restricted by state eligibility).

A first purchase bonus that may include 300,000 Gold Coins + 30 Sweeps Coins with a qualifying purchase (minimum purchase $9.99), where available.

Bonuses are credited after the qualifying action is completed and verified. Spinworld may delay, withhold, or reverse promotional credits if it detects ineligible play, restricted location access, duplicated accounts, chargebacks, or other rule violations.

How Promotions Work: Key Rules You Should Know

Promotions, contests, special offers, and bonuses can have their own terms, including start/end dates, limits per person, and eligibility requirements. Spinworld may modify, pause, or end promotions at any time to maintain compliance, prevent abuse, or correct errors.

If a bonus is posted in error (for example, due to a technical issue or incorrect configuration), Spinworld may correct the balance and adjust gameplay outcomes connected to that error where legally permitted.

Prize Redemption: Requirements, Minimums, and Processing

Sweeps Coin redemptions are subject to eligibility, account verification, fraud checks, and minimum thresholds.

Minimum redemption is $75 in Sweeps Coins.

Redemptions are processed via bank transfer only. Even if you used another payment method for optional purchases, prize redemptions are paid through bank transfer.

Spinworld may apply additional security checks before approving a redemption, including confirming identity, age, location, and ownership of the bank account receiving funds. You may be required to provide documentation before any redemption is processed.

Redemption timelines can vary due to verification, bank processing, and compliance reviews. Requests may be canceled if verification is not completed within a reasonable time or if rule violations are found.

Identity and Account Verification (KYC) You Must Complete

To protect players and comply with legal requirements, Spinworld may require verification at registration, during gameplay, or before prize redemption. Verification may include:

Proof of identity (government-issued ID).

Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar).

Proof of age.

Bank account ownership verification for redemption.

Location verification to confirm you’re not in a restricted jurisdiction.

If the information you provide is incomplete, inconsistent, expired, or appears altered, Spinworld may deny verification and suspend or close the account. Attempting to obscure your identity or location can result in disqualification and forfeiture of Sweeps Coins and pending redemptions.

Fair Play Rules: Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

Spinworld actively monitors for unfair play, abuse, and fraud. The following are prohibited and can lead to suspension, disqualification, forfeiture of Sweeps Coins, and cancellation of redemptions:

Creating more than one account, using aliases, or registering with inaccurate personal details.

Using VPNs, proxies, GPS spoofing, remote desktop setups, or other methods to disguise or manipulate your location.

Collusion, coordinated play, or using bots/scripts/macros to automate gameplay or claim promotions.

Exploiting bugs, game errors, promotional loopholes, or payment system weaknesses, including “bonus abuse” behavior intended to extract Sweeps Coins or redemptions unfairly.

Chargebacks, payment reversals, or suspicious payment activity tied to your account.

Account sharing, selling, or transferring balances.

Any activity Spinworld reasonably believes is intended to circumvent these rules or applicable law.

Spinworld may conduct audits, request additional documentation, and place temporary holds on redemptions while reviews are underway.

When Accounts Can Be Suspended or Disqualified

Spinworld may suspend, restrict, or close your account - and deny or reverse redemptions - if:

You are ineligible due to age, location, or legal restrictions.

Your identity or location cannot be verified.

You violate the one-account rule or engage in prohibited activities.

Your account is linked to fraud indicators, payment disputes, or abuse patterns.

You attempt to redeem on behalf of another person or using a bank account that is not yours.

You engage in conduct that threatens platform integrity, including harassment of support staff or attempts to manipulate operational processes.

In cases of serious abuse or fraud, Spinworld may report activity to relevant authorities where required or permitted.

Support, Disputes, and Rule Updates

If you have questions about eligibility, AMOE, promotions, or redemption requirements, Spinworld support can help. You can contact support by email at support@spinworld1.com, and chat support may also be available on-site.

Spinworld may update these Sweepstakes Rules to stay compliant and protect players. The most current version applies from the time it is posted, and continued participation indicates acceptance of the updated rules.
